Dear EPSC Club Members,
One of our really important EPSC benefits to our club members is our EPSC Discount Program that is available to all club members in the Members Only section of our current website by using the annual password that was provided to your club's officers for distribution to all their members. I am sure that many of you are familiar with the All-In-One Spreadsheet that looks like the following which provides a vast amount of information concerning both special EPSC discounts at many resorts and shops on lift tickets, equipment, etc. as well as some of the discounts these resorts and shops offer the public but most folks don't even know they exist. This spreadsheet is a wealth of information that we know has helped many members save significant money over the years!
EPSC Discount Program Committee - Volunteers Needed
EPSC has been able to bring you these great discounts due to the hard work of Tera Rees and some other folks who have helped on our EPSC Discount Programs Committee over the last few years. Tera has done an amazing job of getting all this information together in one place for you to use.
However, due to some personal situations, Tera will no long be able to Chair the Discount Programs Committee this year and we also have lost others who have helped in the past. What does this mean? Well, if we do not get some new volunteers from our member clubs ASAP to both Chair this committee and help on the committee, we may not be able to obtain many of these discounts this year for you because this takes some follow up with the various resorts and shops each year to get them to continue to provide EPSC with various discounts which may change from year to year. And right now, we do not have anyone to do this follow up!
Therefore, we desperately need some of you to step up and volunteer to help us obtain these various discounts from the resorts and shops, etc. We need someone to Chair the committee as well as some committee members who can help with the follow up and posting on the spreadsheet . The Chair of the Committee would then also be a member of the EPSC Board and have an opportunity to be involved in many other activities that EPSC is coordinating as well and have a say on the outcomes.
I really hope that you might be interested in helping us with this or, if not, at least discuss this with others within your club and try to help us get some volunteers to assist with this really important EPSC function. If we do not get some volunteers, we may no longer be able to provide these discounts to our members and that would really be a shame. Please help us out with this.

EPSC Website Committee - Volunteers Needed
As you may have heard, we will be transitioning the EPSC website to a new Club Express website in the near future. We hope to have a similar way to access the All-in-One Discounts spreadsheet on the new website so stay tuned for information about when we will be launching the new website. It will be before the Fall Meeting on October 25th.
We also need volunteers for our Website Committee to help with management and improvements of the new Club Express website once we launch it. Tom Miller will be coordinating the launch of the new website going forward but he will need some help. Dominique Facenda has done a great job on Website Design for the new site, and we thank her for the work she has done on this. However, she also has had to step down from Chairing the Website Committee for personal reasons. Therefore, please let me know if you, or anyone else in your club might be interested in helping EPSC with the Website as well. The website is our primary communication mechanism, and we also need assistance with this.
We really will appreciate your help with either of these functions, whichever might interest you!!
